Yoga is a complete exercise for the body, and helps builds strength, stamina and flexibility. It has the double benefit of also being deeply relaxing and stress-relieving. Our classes are a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa, suited for people of all levels of physical fitness – everyone can participate according to their own needs – you decide for yourself how challenging it is.

Basic Beginners: 17h30 – 18h30 (Gentle and soft class)
Dynamic Hatha: 19h00 – 20h00

What to bring: Comfortable clothes, towel, and a yoga mat if you have one (limited number of mats available). If you use our mats, please make sure your feet are clean.
